Levels of Play: Play will be conducted at the following combined NTRP levels. 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, 9.0
and 10.0. All players must have a current NTRP rating prior to playing their first match. New

and be a current USTA member through the end of the season. Players may sign-up for USTA

ratings are verified accessing ratings on (http://national.usta.com) website. Computer
generated ratings from the 2004 through 2006 match seasons (Note change: three years vs.
five) will be valid ratings for 2007 league play. Players with a computer rating must enter at
that NTRP level or higher. Players who do not have a computer rating (generated within the
last three years) shall self-rate themselves in accordance with the national tennis rating
program (NTRP) guidelines and declare their self-rating on Tennis Link by answering on-line
questions prior to registering. Please note that the on-line questions ask multiple items in a
single question. Even if four of the five listed items would be answered “No”, if any one answer
is “Yes” (in particular, ranked junior questions),.then you must answer “YES” to the question.

Team Registration, Rosters and Fees: Each team captain will be assigned a team number
prior to registering (you must submit a captain’s info sheet in order to receive this team

be charged per player (which cannot be omitted). The deadline for sponsor payment is
February 2nd. Checks should be payable to ODTA – Mixed Doubles League and mailed to
Norene Wong, 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, HI 96813. Please note that
